Ø Saturday, May 8, 2010 - Provincial Prolife Conference and Edmonton Prolife Board Meeting, King's College, Edmonton, Alberta.

Life 2010 - Hosted by Alberta Pro-Life. One highlight among many: Keynote Banquet Speaker: Michael Coren will speak about pro-life journalism.

The Annual General Meeting of Edmonton Prolife will also take place Saturday May 8, 2010 from 5 pm to 5:30 pm at King's College, Edmonton, Alberta. All members are invited and encouraged to attend. Edmonton Prolife is in need of board members. Please consider putting forward your name. A brief job description with approximate time commitment is provided here.

Ø Thursday, May 13, 2010 - Alberta March for Life 2010 - Rally and March 1-4 PM

1:00 PM: Bring your bag lunch and join the crowd at the Legislature Grounds.
1:30 PM: March begins. We will proceed to Churchill Square, then back to the Legislature.
4:00 PM: Closing prayer at Legislature.

Speakers at the Legislature and Churchill Square will include political representatives, religious leaders from several denominations, medical professionals, and pro-life activists.

There will also be a Pro-Life Mass for Catholics at St. Joseph's Basilica, and a Pro-Life Protestant Prayer Service at Inglewood Christian Reform Church, the morning of the march. For detailed information, you can check out this pamphlet from the organizers.
